This two day, 18 credit-hour lecture series is once again being offered in many locations. This course is a must for anyone serious about learning (and teaching) how to achieve optimum health and weight management through lifestyle changes. The cost for this course is $299 plus s/h. The course textbook is free for fall classes.

The theme of this program is to provide sound, scientific, and life saving nutrition information to professionals—nurses, physical therapists, physicians, and hospital ancillary staff, educators, as well as fitness professionals. These professionals can then disseminate this information to patients, clients, and students and provide the link between the scientific research community and the general public.
