The AASDN Nutrition Specialist exam is non-refundable and candidates have 6 months from date of purchase to complete the exam.

CANDIDATE AFFIDAVIT
I attest to the fact that the person purchasing the AASDN NS Exam is the person named on the order form. I understand that the Nutrition Specialist Exam candidancy will be null and void if completed by anyone other than the person named on the order form. I attest to the fact that I will have a Volunteer (proctor), who is at least 18 years of age, open the sealed Nutrition Specialist Exam and he/she will be present when I complete the AASDN Nutrition Specialist exam. I understand that I must present the Volunteer (proctor) with two forms of ID upon beginning the exam process. I understand the Volunteer (proctor) is known to me and that he/she will not aid me in any way in completion of the exam. I understand that I may have access to the Nutrition for Professionals Textbook and study materials during the exam (open-book exam) and that I will have up to five hours to complete the exam.
